Great Britain Cycling Coaching’s aim is to create inclusive and accessible cycling for everyone irrespective of wealth, physical disability or social environment. We have developed a fully inclusive programme for children and adults with disabilities and differing needs, to engage in a structured, quality and fun activities.

We are involved in coaching the national ‘Wheels for All Programme’, that offers bespoke cycle activities for all abilities. We have especially adapted bikes that enable us to find the right bike for every rider and help and encourage anyone that wants to cycle.

Our indoor cycling classes create the concept of cycling outdoors on stationary bikes. This allows riders to choose their own levels of effort throughout the class. Our coaches encourage and motivate riders to maximise the experience for them as this session great improving posture and body alignment. It also builds rider confidence and encourages riders to get active - Riders must be able to sit unaided on a studio bike.
