Aerobic Capacity (VO2max) is a measure of how much oxygen you use when exercising at sustained, maximal workload. How fast / how much power you can produce during this time is one of the best predictors of endurance performance.
We have designed a specific field test to measure your aerobic capacity.
The session lasts for one hour and includes a Biomechanical assessment of your pedalling technique and riding style. We can give specific advice on how to maximise your efficiency and power through improved technique.
